MEDIEVAL PICHET EN GRES DE SIEGBURG
Sandstone pitcher in the shape of a large conical and annular handle.
The base is scalloped with brands made in the thumb.
The body is decorated with three medallions with a Duke or King Charles V with an inscription to be determined.
This sandstone pitcher was carried out in the Siegburg region in the 16th century, around 1550. Cooking at high temperature has caused a vitrification of the surface.
Part in excellent conservation condition. Slight professional restoration

Egg-Shaped Stoneware Jug With A Wide, Conical Neck and Ring-Shaped Handle.
The base is festooneed with thumb marks.
The body is decorated with three medallions depicting a duke or King Charles V with an inscription to be Determined.
This Stoneware Jug was made in the Siegburg Region in the 16th Century, Around 1550. The High-Temperature Firing has vitrified the surface.
