Cast bronze mace head with hollow socket and three rows of projecting conical spikes separated by raised ribs. The robust construction and concentrated striking surface identify the piece as a prestige weapon or symbol of authority. Fine dark green and brown patina throughout with minor surface accretions. Probably Western Persia. Late Bronze–Early Iron Age, c. 1200–700 BC.
