Up for auction is this very tidy and original Ohlsson & Rice glow circa 1949-51. It has  excellent compression and turns over freely. This motor seems to have been produced about the time that Ray Arden’s glow plug was revolutionising petrol burning Spark Ignition engines and all that encompassed.

 Serial number (412705) is complete and appears to be in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition with the exception of the plastic cover over the Crankshaft cam, which does not look factory.

All Cylinder head fins and Liner cooling fins are intact and in excellent condition, albeit with some missing black paint. The same goes for the Exhaust  stack and NVA.
