Beautifully glazed German pitcher/jug/vase. The Drip Glaze has been beautifully blended together.
The rim of the Jug has been gold gilded, as well as the side of the handle (which has worn a little from use over the years). The base also has gold banding which has worn in places. There is crazing from age, and a manufacturers defect where the glaze has missed a spot on the body (very small see pictures for reference). There are no chips or cracks.
The makers mark has been impressed onto the bottom of the base i believe the number depicts "525", and a gold hand painted mark of I believe "93"?
