Vintage Sadler England Pink Lustre Teapot – Gold Trim

A lovely vintage teapot by James Sadler & Sons, Staffordshire, England.
Clearly marked "SADLER ENGLAND" to the base.

FEATURES:
- Stunning pink pearl/iridescent lustre glaze with rainbow shimmer
- Gold gilded trim to lid edge, spout, handle and base
- Embossed raised scrollwork decoration on body panels
- Classic Sadler cube/square form with canted corners
- Original lid present with gold floral knop
- Interior tea strainer hole at spout
- Approx. 8 inches spout to handle

DATE: Circa 1940s–1960s (mid-century British pottery)

CONDITION:
Good used vintage condition. Gold trim shows some age wear.
Minor chip/roughness to spout tip (please see photos).
Interior has light tannin staining consistent with age and use.
No cracks. Lid fits well and is undamaged.
