We require signature on delivery for order subtotals over $500 (so your package won't get left on your doorstep), which typically costs ~$3 and is included in the shipping estimate. 

For international customers, we participate in eBay's International Shipping program. We ship to eBay's international forwarding center. They check the item for compliance and then forward it to the destination country, collecting + remitting program fees, international shipping fees, and any applicable local customs duties/taxes.
