Here is a fabulous piece of glass, a Ruba Rombic bowl in very very good condition. Only apologies I can make is it has the smallest nick on the rim and that the glass inside is somewhat "sick" from a past history of water inside. The camera couldn't really pick that up because it's fairly faint and the smoky topaz color of the glass makes it difficult. The previous owner said it had been that way for decades (of course, it was in attic storage for many decades) having been in an elderly relative's home here near Boston. She surmised flowers or plants had occupied this bowl for a period of years in the past. At any rate, it's in better condition than virtually all Ruba that's survived up until now, lovers of this glass know that it's not easy to keep it from damage, and you rarely find a piece without any issues. So see the pics they tell the story about this item.
Height is about 4-3/4". The longest measurement across is about 8-3/4", in some places less because of all the angles it has.
