Great vintage and beautiful sterling silver spoon from Tucson Arizona dating to years around 1900 featuring on the handle figural Indian holding big bow and a dog in front of him, below Navajo style design with a tomahawk ax hatchet in the middle. In the gold finished bowl it has truly most expertly hand engraved image of church building, the writing is SAN XAVIER MISSION TUCSON, ARIZ. Condition of the spoon is excellent, measures 5-5/8” (141 mm) long, weighs 21.5 grams. On the back it is marked STERLING and has hallmark for Rogers, Lunt & Bowlen Co.
