Vintage INGRAHAM Nite N Day Alarm Clock Wind Up USA Parts/Repair.  Made in USA by Ingraham, Bristol, Connecticut.  It is black metal with glow in the dark numbers.  This was most likely manufactured in the 1930s/1940s.  There are no cracks or breaks on the glass face.

Measures 4-3/4" high x 4" long x 2-3/4" wide and weighs 10 ounces unpackaged.

The clock has scuffs, scratch marks, paint loss, mild dings and discoloration on the silver metal around the face.  The lever is missing to adjust the clock to slow or fast. The base has a slight wobble.  The clock appears to be overwound and is being sold "AS IS" for parts or repair.
