This package comes complete with a refrigerant dryer for the removal of any moisture contained in the compressed air which is essential in many applications to protect your equipment, This all comes completely mounted on a 270 Litre air receiver making this package very compact. This model features the new and improved high-efficiency air end delivering 15% more air and using 12% less energy compared to the previous model. The ES4000 basic controller offers advanced monitoring and simple day-to-day configuration and control of your system. The controller offers icon-based display with pressure and temperature readings, Displays running hours & load hours, Maintenance warnings, Failure alarms, Fast pressure setting adjustment, Remote start-stop and automatic restart after power failure. Optional extras available are a 2 stage filtration system, The first filter is a high efficiency general purpose protection filter for particle removal down to 1 micron including water and oil aerosols, The second filter is a high efficiency oil removal filter for particle removal down to 0.01 micron including water and oil aerosols providing quality clean air to the end user. Also available is a automatic drain valve for maintenance free air receiver moisture draining and oil/water separator systems to filter the waste condensate for environmental purposes.
