This fork is in good condition.  It moves smoothly. Compression feels strong.  The red lockout works.  The rebound adjust knob works.  The steering tube is 199mm long for a threadless 1-1/8" setup.  There are scratches and marks from use.  It is a vintage fork, so there very well may be imperfections in the setup that may require service, up to and including a rebuild.
