The product is a vintage pair of Smith & Wesson handcuffs, made in the USA with a patent issue in the early 1970s. These handcuffs are model 100 with one keyhole and an issued number, representing early law enforcement use. The handcuffs are a historical collectible piece that showcases the craftsmanship and history of police equipment in the United States during that time period. There is NO key but a standard handcuff key works.  These were made too early for a second lock.
