Joint Force Harrier (JFH) was a combined British military formation (2000–2011) that integrated Royal Air Force (RAF) and Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm (FAA) personnel to operate the Harrier jump jet. It allowed both services to share assets and expertise, deploying from land bases and Invincible-class aircraft carriers.
--Structure & Operations-- - Origins: Established in April 2000 to streamline operations and share engineering and pilot resources between the RAF and Navy. - Aircraft: Operated the British Aerospace Harrier II variants (GR7, GR7A, GR9, GR9A). Initially, it also flew the Sea Harrier FA2, but the Navy phased that aircraft out in 2006 to standardize the fleet on the upgraded GR9. - Key Bases: Headquarters and joint squadrons were primarily stationed at RAF Cottesmore and RAF Wittering, with carrier detachments embarking on Royal Navy vessels. - Deployments: The JFH concept was heavily tested in combat theatres, supporting major operations in Kosovo, Iraq (Operation Telic), and Afghanistan (Operation Herrick).

USA buyers please contact me for shipping quotes as ebay has suspended USA from the Global Shipping Program due to ever changing tariffs. Shipping manually via a Royal Mail tracked service is cheaper anyway.
