RETURNS

If returns are allowed, item must be returned within: 30 days

To assist in processing your return as fast as possible, please contact us for an RMA number! 

Buyer must pay return shipping. All freight must be pre-paid for acceptance.

If package is lost due to shipping carrier the policy is for a trace to be done to investigate the loss! This can take up to 30 days to resolve!
