This vintage Omega lighter was manufactured in Japan, probably in the 1960s.  It has a castle design and stripes.  It uses standard flints; the flint spring is located on the bottom.  The top mechanism to open and light the flame is smooth and easy to press.  

This belonged to a family member and has not been used for several decades, thus it will require lighter fluid to test and operate.
