This auction is a mixed lot of two comics from the Uncanny X-Men series, specifically issues #138 and #139 from 1980.

These key issues feature popular characters such as Cyclops, Kitty Pride, and Wolverine, within the Marvel Universe. Artwork by John Byrne and written by Chris Claremont. In addition, these issues confront Cyclops leaving the X-Men, debut of the “Byrne” classic brown and tan Wolverine costume, Kitty Pride joins the team, and 1’st appearance of Heather Hudson, later becomes Guardian, then Vindicator.
