Hand Painted Peacock Tatting Shuttle

 English * Circa 1990s

This nice little tatting shuttle was hand painted by Chris Parsons and is made of maple wood. It is from the collection of Pam Palmer and is the shuttle she illustrates on p. 74 of her book Tatting Shuttles, Related Tools & Accessories.

It is very lightweight and has a lovely, smooth feel in the hand. It measures 2 5/8" long x 3/4" wide. It's in mint condition with no chips, cracks or wear. The points are intact and touching and it is solid with no wobble.

I stand behind everything that I offer and guarantee that it is exactly as presented.
