This is a Danbury Mint rendition of one of Jackie Kennedy's beautiful outfits.   This is a yellow suit complete with pillbox hat, gloves, shoes, purse and earrings.  The outfit is still mint and attached to the inside of the box, but the box top has definitely seen better days, as one side of the cover has ripped off and the other side is dented and scruffed.
