The helmet x.30 It is a modular helmet with design Flip-back, made in thermoplastic, a resistant and durable but also relatively light material. The flip-back design allows you to completely overturn the front of the helmet towards the back, offering the versatility of transforming the helmet from a full to a jet into a few seconds. This makes it particularly convenient for those who want a multifunctional helmet, suitable for different driving conditions.
The helmet is certified according to the legislation Ece 22-06 with approval P/J. The ECE 22-06 legislation is a European standard that submits the helmet to rigorous tests, ensuring that it respects the most recent safety requirements. Homologation P/J Confirm that the helmet can be used in three modes: "P" (Full), e "J" (Jet), when it is completely open, allowing greater ventilation and a feeling of freedom while driving.
The helmet has only one cap, which means that the sizes will be managed internally through the coatings and adaptation systems. This can offer a wider fit, but it may not be just as customizable than the helmets with multiple cap measures.
The presence of the double visor makes the helmet extremely practical. Usually, the main visor is transparent and protects from wind and debris, while the second parasole visor is integrated and can be lowered to protect from sunlight, eliminating the need for sunglasses.
With a weight of 1,700 grams, the helmet falls into the middle band for modular helmets, offering a good combination of protection and comfort. Although slightly heavier than some models, this extra weight could be attributed to the robustness of the thermoplastic cap and the flip-back mechanism.
