Customs charges
We inform our kind customers that, for purchases made from non-EU countries (outside the European Union), customs charges, duties or import taxes may be applied directly by the recipient of the package in the destination country. The amount of customs duties varies based on the tax and customs regulations of the destination country. It is advisable to check any local regulations in advance to avoid surprises. Moto In Moto srl undertakes to comply with current legislation on distance selling. All prices are intended for the public and, therefore, include VAT. For purchases with VAT number, invoicing with separate VAT is possible.
If your package is stranded or in storage, we will notify you and do what we can. possession to overcome the impasse.
When you receive the product please test it immediately and inform us if everything is OK and if so we ask you to leave Positive Feedback.
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility of withdrawing from the contract/order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.
The right of withdrawal expires:
- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents)
- Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
- The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within 10 (ten) working days of receiving the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated below. The Communication may also be sent, within the same deadline, by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.
The Communication must contain:
- The expression of desire to take advantage of the benefit granted by the Legislative Decree. No. 185 of 22 May 1999
- Indication of the product(s) for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
- The data relating to your bank account (this is to allow the refund of the sum due).
To obtain a refund of the fee, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the following address. Payment must be made within 3 working days following the declaration of withdrawal.
