BX Front Wheel Upgrade

The wheel upgrade reinforces the BX front wheels.

It limits the flex which is the cause of the wheel nuts loosening which results in torn bolt holes

The plate is welded into the inside of the wheel which spaces the rim outwards by 6mm. The plate can also be used to repair wheels with torn bolt holes.

The BX front wheels are a light duty design made from 2 halves. The halves are pressed togeter at the wheel nut mounting holes to create an airtight seal.

Most rims are made from an outer ring and a center section that is welded in. This is a much heaver duty way of making a rim, simular to trailer or 4wd rims.

Adding the wheel upgrade upgrades the rim to the heaver duty design.
