This was a store return, I unfortunately don't know why it was returned.
Since this is a special case item and I don't know if it works, I'll cover all return shipping or if there are useful parts on it I can do a partial refund. Just send me a message.
But if it works or perhaps has a repairable flaw, may as well save some cash. You won't be out anything to try it out.
