Legal notice for the acceptance of original spare parts 

1. The buyer is informed that the desired goods are ordered and produced expressly for the customer by the manufacturer, as the original spare parts are purely specialist retail goods. This item is not a stock item.

2. We would also like to point out that motorcycle accessories and spare parts may only be installed by specialist workshops. In the event of a return or complaint, the buyer must provide professional proof of installation from a specialist workshop.

3. Items you have installed or added cannot be exchanged or a reduction in value will be determined.

4. If the goods are damaged or defective, the entire sales price will be refunded or the goods will be replaced.

5. The delivery time is between 8 and 10 working days after receipt of payment.

6. In individual cases the delivery time may be extended.

7. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

8. No items will be returned outside the European Union.

9. The customer must pay customs duties and import taxes separately in his country; these are not included in the price.
