The console has been tested and functions perfectly! It has NOT been factory reset. It has a profile and several saved games on the hard drive.  Included is one OEM wireless controller with rechargeable battery and cord. The battery does hold much of a charge any longer. The controller functions perfectly! The console and box have matching serial numbers. All cables/cords for use are also included.
