We do not accept returns as our products are made according to your measurements. We will only accept returns if we made a mistake in manufacturing your order.

We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days. Please make sure that you provide necessary information for your order as soon as possible so we can process your order quicker. We offer free delivery to all parts of United Kingdom excluding UK outer zones i.e Channel Islands, Scottish highlands.

Unlike other rollers (made to measure or not) our rollers are unique as they don't have a metal or a plastic tube hanging at the bottom to keep it stable. We make our rollers in such a way that the fabric fully covers the bottom tube so it not only stays stable but looks even more beautiful when it is hanging on the window. 	We are one of very few sellers who are UK based and have a business premises with manufacturing facilities and for this reason when you order from us you can have a peace of mind because we know what we are doing. Our fabrics are British made in our factory in Coventry. We love making blinds, every product made at our factory is made with pure delicacy and care. We want to share our knowledge and experience with you.
HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM BLINDS
	1. Measure the recess WIDTH X DROP of the area where you are fitting the blinds (See the pic below for guide) 2. Select the option your size measurements fit within on the listing. 3. Add all required blinds to your basket 4. Complete checkout 5. Use the "CONTACT SELLER" button to E-mail us your specific sizes and your pull cord or use "Notes to Seller" section during checkout. 6. REMEMBER TO MENTION YOUR CONTROLS PREFERENCE.

IMPORTANT NOTES
	1. If you purchase a smaller size range than the sizes you request making to, we will CANCEL and REFUND your order. 2.Please use the 'RECESS' measuring guide shown below. 3.ONLY provide the RECESS size, WIDTH x DROP and your pull cord preference (whether you want it on left or right). Blinds will be made to the sizes you provide (material will be approx 4cm narrower) 4. If the measurements are not provided within 5hours of completing checkout, the blinds will be made as per the size you selected and the pull cord will be on the right as per default. 5. These item are excluded from our returns policy and therefore non-refundable. 6.Please allow 2 working days for manufacture. The quicker we get the measurements, the quicker we can manufacture and dispatch your order. 7. We will leave excess material on the drop of your blind to ensure the tube is completely covered and to give the blind stability. You will then roll down the amount you require. We therefore ask for the drop size to allow us to make your blind suitable.
