This rare to find item is a 5.5-inch-long laser-cut wood hanging 3D ornament collectible depicting the Frank Lloyd Wright Hollyhock House, produced by Department 56 in 2017.  These ornaments are hard to find and often broken when they are found.  This one is in excellent original condition and displays beautifully - a FLW fan will appreciate adding it their collection!

Completed in 1923, the actual Hollyhock House was Wright's first commission in Los Angeles, designed for oil heiress Aline Barnsdall and named for the hollyhock, Barnsdall's favorite flower.

Like the home, this ornament features stylized intricate architecture.  The pattern was made from natural colored thin wood that was laser cut, assembled in layers for 3D effect, burned for outline details, and the trees stained green for contrast.  The ornament is quite representational of the Hollyhock House.

The Real Hollyhock House

Condition is excellent!  No damage or repairs.

I have two others listed separately - Fallingwater and the Frederick C. Robie House.  They are equal in condition and fine detail, also with their hangtags.
