Q1: Why is the indicator light flashing? Is the product defective? A: The flashing indicator light is not a defect. It means the controller’s 2-hour auto-off timer has completed, and the controller is no longer heating. To use it again, simply press and hold the power button to restart.
Q2: Why does the indicator light flash when I plug it in? A: Please make sure to connect the controller to the heating pad first, and then plug it into the power outlet. Incorrect connection order may cause the indicator light to flash or the device not to function properly.
