Possibly from a costume department as seat shows signs of alteration.

Generally in good clean condition, they appear to have been taken in and then back out again as there is a light crease down the seat seam, not showing well in pictures and its not horribly visible in real life but worth mentioning :-) Also lower left leg has very slight thinning in a small area on each side, again not particularly noticeable when worn
