Fascinating little book that appears to have been prepared to teach classes in these subjects.  It contains test forms.  Fairly clean but I did find a few notes and jots.  The edges have been slightly stained but all the copy is quite clearly visible.  All pages are tight.  Originally from 1938, this book provides a keen insight into World War Two railroad technology.
