This 22 inch, 12 ppi  panel saw is a Harvey Peace Vulcan Saw Works No 35. It has the 1869 patent date on the medallion, looks like those thin shanked nuts that came right after the split nuts. At about nine inches in from the heel are a couple little dings in the plate right above the teeth. The pictures with the quarter being covered some show this spot, if you can fix those kind of dings then the rest of the saw is nice and straight. A rare Brooklyn New York made tool, make it yours!
