The 3-layer ventilated mesh construction allows increased airflow around the body, helping to reduce heat build-up and improve comfort during warm weather and extended periods around the hive. The detachable fencing-style veil provides excellent visibility while helping protect the face and neck, while the heavy-duty zip fastening and Velcro neck cover create a secure fit.
Six practical storage pockets keep essential tools close to hand, while elasticated wrists, waist and ankles, together with thumb loops, ankle loops and ankle zips, provide a comfortable and practical fit. The included leather gauntlet gloves feature long protective cotton sleeves with elasticated cuffs to help protect the hands, wrists and forearms while maintaining the dexterity required for handling frames and bees.
Bee suits are designed to be worn over normal clothing and should fit slightly loose to maximise comfort, ventilation and freedom of movement.
