• Never switch forward/reverse direction while brush rollers are rotating at high speed. Allow brushes to stop completely before reversing.
• Do not operate machine with guards removed or safety interlocks defeated.
• Ensure work area is well-lit and free of clutter.
• Do not operate if power cord, adapter, or foot pedal cable is damaged.
• Keep machine dry. Do not operate in wet or damp conditions.
• Disconnect power before performing any maintenance, cleaning, or brush replacement.
• Wear appropriate eye protection. Small wire fragments may be ejected during processing.

• Place machine on flat, stable work surface with adequate clearance.
• Connect power adapter to rear panel and to grounded 110V/60Hz outlet.
• Connect foot pedal cable to corresponding port on rear.
• Check all parts are intact and secure before operation.
• Turn on main power switch, set brush roller speed via knob, select forward/reverse direction.
• Press foot pedal to activate brushes. Place wire into gap between brush rollers. Release pedal to stop.
• Place wire into twister clamp correctly for quick twisting.
• After operation, turn off main power switch and unplug power adapter.
