United Kingdom Delivery
We offer FREE Next Business Day delivery service in Great Britain.
Deliveries are made by UK Mail Monday to Friday with signed proof of delivery.
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the Next Business Day.
Orders placed on a Friday (after 2:00pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday (excluding Public Holidays).
We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.
International Delivery
Items generally arrive within 3-5 days in the EU and 7-10 days for non-EU destinations. Packages sent via the GSP benefit from professional customs processing, which helps to minimise any delays at customs.
We can arrange international postage for you upon request. International Delivery is available for most countries. Please check this in advance with us.
Collection
You are always welcome to collect your item 6 days per week. Just please check availability before coming.

You can only return items which have been purchased directly from us in eBay.
Following receipt of your order, should you decide that you no longer need the item and wish to return it please let us know so we can assist you in the exchange or refund of your order.
All items must be returned to us undamaged in original package within 30 calendar days of receipt. Buyer to pay postage. You must obtain proof of postage, so your items can be tracked. Undelivered items cannot be refunded.
Once we receive the item back, we will then process a refund for the item returned.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to help us solve this as quickly as possible. Please contact us first without opening a case or leaving a negative feedback. Thank you in advance!
