Details:

1) The winning bidder of this auction will be entertained via live stream by a member from RJ Duke Sports as we open the product in the description. If you miss the live stream, video replay will be available on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter after the break.
2) This is NOT a chance listing and you are NOT bidding on a pack, box or case of memorabilia. You are bidding on one break spot for the team listed in the title of this listing. 
3) If you happen to be the high bidder of this auction, then we will also include all of the memorabilia from the team in the title description. The player will go to the team listed on the memorabilia. This includes players signed by another team, traded, retired and rookies.
4)  College memorabilia will be awarded to the player's current team. Any retired players with college memorabilia will be awarded to the team that the player spent the most years with (if the player spent the same number of years with multiple teams, the tie-breaker will be number of games played with each team).
5) If the memorabilia is a college memorabilia of a player who never played or signed with any team, then the memorabilia will be randomized among all teams in the break.
6) For franchises that have relocated, if memorabilia is pulled of a player from a franchise no longer located in the city/state specified, it will go to the current city/version of that franchise. For example, all Baltimore Colts will go to the Indianapolis Colts. All Houston Oilers will go to the Tennessee Titans. All Seattle Supersonics will go to the Oklahoma City Thunder. All Montreal Expos will go to the Washington Nationals. There are other examples I am not listing here, but the same rules will follow. However, all Cleveland Browns players will STAY with Cleveland since this franchise didn’t technically relocate when the team moved to Baltimore to become the Ravens. Per the NFL, the Ravens are technically viewed as its own team that began as a franchise in 1996.
7) For celebrity and non-player memorabilia, if the celebrity/non-player is on a team memorabilia, that memorabilia goes to the team on the memorabilia. If the celebrity/non-player is on a college or other type of memorabilia, then the memorabilia will be randomized among all teams in the break.
8) Multi-team memorabilia are all randomized right after each break using random.org. There are no majority rules.
9) If there is memorabilia pulled or memorabilia from a franchise that no longer exists or is not available as an auction spot, we will go by the Cardboard Connection or Group Break Checklist websites to validate. If there is no checklist, it will go to the team they are currently playing for if active, or the team they played for the longest if retired.
10) All payments are due before the start of the live video. If breaks are not paid prior to the start of the break, we will assume you would want the transaction canceled, which will be done and the break spot will be sold elsewhere. 
11) If sports cards are involved in the break:
     - Multi-team (or multi-player if this is a player break auction) are all randomized right after each break using random.org. There are no majority rules.
     - RULE ONLY APPLIES TO TEAM BREAKS - If there is a card pulled or a card from a franchise that no longer exists or is not available as an auction spot, we will go by the Cardboard Connection or Group Break Checklist websites to validate.
          - If there is no checklist, it will go to the team they are currently playing for if active, or the team they played for the longest if retired.
     - For Panini product breaks, all Panini Rewards Points cards are randomized individually, but in one randomization.
          - If two points cards are pulled, there would be one randomization and the top two names on the list will receive one card each, with the highest points card going first and descending from there.

Shipping:

Shipping is $9.99 for the first team where something is pulled for you, and then $1.99 for each additional team where something is pulled for you in the break. You will only be charged shipping for teams that hit in the break. This fee covers not only shipping, but also all materials needed for handling.

With eBay’s Auto-Pay system, we do not have the ability to invoice customers or combine shipping manually before payment is processed. However, we will send shipping adjustment refunds to reflect the correct number of teams purchased that had at least one item pulled within one business day of the date of the break.

PLEASE NOTE: We can not ship memorabilia to PO Boxes or internationally. This memorabilia break is only available to residents who live in the US.
