This is a beautiful china pottery made by Landcaster and Sandland Ltd., from Stoke on Trent, Hanley, Staffordshire, England that was created for Frank Cooper of Oxford, England. 

This cute advertising jar was made prior to 1968. It features a village scene - "down Somerset way" pattern, on both the front and the top of the lid of the jar.

The box It has crazing, marks and a crack - please refer to photos.
