This is a Beebe Bros. Rouchneck Ratchet Lever Hoist Come Along With Cable.  It is Beebe Bros. Model C-300H.  It was made in the USA.  It was originally rated at 3000 lb.  I have no way to confirm that.  There is some wear and chips on the ratchet gear, but that does not impair performance.   The handle is a replacement.  This item will ship in 2 packages.
