This helmet does not come with the inner foam liner. You will need to purchase a replacement GPA liner online (they cost about $65 at shops like SmartPak or Farm House Tack). 

Sizing Details:
The helmet shell is stamped Size 54. This corresponds to a GPA Small Shell (US Hat Size 6 5/8). 

Because GPA uses interchangeable liners within their shell sizes, this helmet shell will perfectly fit any GPA replacement liner ranging from sizes 52cm to 56cm (US Hat Sizes 6 1/2 to 7). If your head falls into that range, this shell is the right fit for you!

These are purely superficial, cosmetic blemishes. This helmet has absolutely never been in a fall, dropped on a hard surface, or sustained any kind of safety-compromising impact. The structural integrity of the inner shell is perfectly intact, it just shows a little light wear on the outside. It has been stored safely in a climate-controlled room. 

Once you pop a fresh, clean liner into this shell, you'll have an elite, high-end helmet for a fraction of the retail cost.
