Always liked TOPS knives. Hard working, honest, reasonably priced and Idaho made! This is their innovative ATAX Survival Ulu   

Difficult to describe but consist of a linen micarta handle with tol functions at each end with a single support leading to a thick Ulu style blade (without the traditional full curve) and a variety of tools on the side of the blade. Length is approximately 5 ½ inches with a blade length of 4 ½ inches, made from ¼ inch stock. The metal parts are coated with a black crackled “traction” coating. The obverse blade has a sun compass, inclinometer and “clock”. There is a “fire stick” dimple in the handle area and the handle is hollow to allow for survival accessories to be placed. It is also designed to be used with a stick or branch as an axe. Full details can be found on the TOPS site. The blade fits into a snug Kydex sheath with double twisting sprung metal clips.  

Condition is mint, unused and unsharpened.
