This belonged to a friend of mine for over a decade, I bought it off him over a year and a half ago needing a bit of recommissioning. I have spent a few thousand on it since including a service + NGK spark plugs + Tegiwa rocker cover + brake fluid replacement + Pagid front discs + Brembo front pads + Brembo rear pads, brake calipers, valve clearances all at BB Performance Type R specialist. I then had all 4 wheels professionally refurbished at WheelHouse Ipswich. Few areas of painters and I have just ordered new wipers and plastic cover. Ive just had a new windscreen fitted. 

The car has a host of modifications including including lowering springs, cat back exhaust, engine mounts, polybushed, induction kit, full Rockford Fosgate sound system with door speakers, tweeters, subwoofer, and amps in a custom boot build. There is a recent Pioneer touch screen bluetooth headunit. The sound system is a very expensive set up and sounds amazing. 

The EP3 is in good clean condition, as you can imagine with a car of this age and mileage its had various paintwork over the years, the drivers rear quarter has been repainted and has 2 areas of paint cracking which i’ve included in a video if you want to see it. The interior is very clean with no damage to mention and everything works as it should. 

The usual areas for rust are in clean condition including the boot area and the sills etc which has all been pictured.
