Up for auction is a brown shiny glazed ceramic electric insulator.  This item if used.  Rather heavy.  There’s no visible damage cracks chips or otherwise. However the piece may have subtle manufacturer defects e.g., small chips that were over glazed - nothing unusual for mass manufactured items, such as this. would make cool candle holder.
