I'm pretty sure the battery needs replacing. Please note that I have not tested the power meter. I have no reason to believe it does not work so I assume it is working. I do offer no questions asked return policy in case something is not working properly. Overall condition appears to be excellent. Plenty of life left in both chain rings. Chain rings are 54/39. crank arm length is 175 mm.
