It's made from solid wrought iron, so weighs around 100kg total. Comes apart into a headboard, footboard, central bracing pieces and individual slats. I have disassembled it for transport. It is possible to move this by car, my partner ratchet strapped the head and foot boards to the roof, and put the rest in the car with the seats down, but he does have a fairly large estate car.

A few bolts missing but surprisingly doesn't affect it at all, they were missing when I first purchased it secondhand. One loose post that comes off, again was how I purchased it and doesn't affect the bed/isn't noticeable. Fits a king size mattress
