If you are unable to accurately identify the faulty part, we recommend engaging a local technician to diagnose the issue. In some circumstances we can diagnose issues & troubleshoot over the phone. Please give us a call to speak to our highly trained technicians. Once a faulty part has been identified, we will promptly provide a replacement under warranty.

4. If we deem it necessary for time or location restraints, we may authorise a third party to provide the replacement parts and cover this cost under your warranty.
