Debuting in 1987, this vintage Honeywell "Call-In Control" Telephone Appliance Outlet and Answering Machine control outlet was marketed to allow lights and appliances to be turned on and off through a phone call. The attached magazine snip is from 1987 and explains what the product did.  Very rare piece of early telephone-based control equipment.  Full functionality untested; no obvious defects observed
