New, factory sealed items can only be returned if they are defective. Items cannot be returned due to a change in personal preference.   • In the rare event of a returned item, all return shipping is paid by the buyer. The returned item is expected in the same condition it was sent, unless it was somehow damaged during shipment (if the item was insured, you should file a shipping claim). Absolutely no refunds will be given until merchandise has been returned!
  • Spira Mirabilis auctions are very collector friendly, I recognize that your purchase may also be an investment. I will never deface or damage the retail box, documentation or packaging that comes with an item, so that its value may be preserved.
