This game has never been opened or used, and is sealed in the original factory wrapping. 

This is exactly what you would find in retail stores.  

Physical Condition: This game is in great cosmetic condition with some light scuffs, scratches, and shelf-wear to the shrink wrap (mostly on the front in the bottom-left corner). There is a small rip in the shrink wrap on the back bottom-right corner, as well.
