You are viewing a SO PRETTY vintage hand embroidered Southern Belle pillow cover.  This cover measures approximately 13.5 inches by 14 inches, not including the 2 inches of a double layered ruffle around the edges.   The cover itself is crisp cotton, and it is hand embroidered with a Southern Belle in profile; she wears a blue wide brimmed bonnet with a pink band around the brim and a lavender flower at the back.  The top of her dress is pink with ruffled sleeves and an appliqued pink skirt that is embellished with rows of pink and blue embroidery and rows of pastel flowers.  She is sanding beneath a multi colored floral arbor.  The back opens with a selvage edge for you to insert the pillow form.  This piece is in excellent condition with no flaws whatsoever.
