The ICom RC-25 was returned to me well packaged, very quickly and in like new condition. The LED screen is as good as when I bought it in 2002! The dials all turn as new, with a new circuit board the speaker and left dial work without glitches!! Very happy with the work Joseph does!! Would not hesitate to send him ANY ICom units for repair!!
