This is a generous sized table runner or dresser scarf, measuring 43" by 16".

This has some fraying on the edge and I show the worst spot in Photo #5.

The glory of this piece of handwork is in the unusual style of embroidery that is so expertly executed.

This looks to me like an Art Deco or Arts & Crafts design.
