1. Wheel body:
forged from 50Mn round steel with good hardenability. The heat treatment process of quenching and tempering and medium frequency surface quenching ensures its strength and wear resistance.

2.Roller shaft:
shaft and bearing designed to carry and turn with heavy track weight forged and heat treated for strength.

Center flange absorbs side thrust from roller shell.
3.Cast Iron bushing:
Supports the bronze sleeve bearing.
Cast from iron to absorb loads without permanent deformation.
Large lubricant reservoir to reduce heat build up
4.Bronzed sleeve bearing:
Sleeve design provides a large surface area for better load distribution.
Inner diameter surface is polished to a smooth finish.
Soft bronze coating in the bearing absorbs any small foreign particles before they can damage the shaft and seals.

- Most of our orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. We ship our products primarily through UPS Ground.
- Delivery is not available to P.O. Box and the states of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
- Most of our products ship UPS Ground or Home, but some larger items (such as rattan furniture sets) do ship UPS LTL (Freight) and can take up to 6 business days to arrive from the time the product ships. These shipments will need to be scheduled for an appointment to deliver by the local UPS facility when it arrives in your area (the appointment will need to be scheduled within three days from their first contact attempt). Someone must be present to take delivery of LTL shipments and sign for the delivery (drivers only offload the product into the driveway; any additional help by the driver including a lift-gate will require an additional charge).
- We can only ship your order to the PayPal verified address given to us at the time you checkout on eBay. Please verify that this address is the correct one you wish to have your package sent to. If an address change is needed you will be responsible for any fees associated.
